Orders are typically processed within 1 hour after you've confirmed your order during business days. Orders sent on Sunday are processed and dispatched on Monday.

Delivery Issues.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct. Cupid Scents is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses or courier errors but we’ll always do our best to help resolve issues lovingly and fairly.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the intimate nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used.

However, we gladly accept returns if:

📸 In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and share clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue store credit where applicable.
